Nobody was injured in a Tuesday morning accident in Hebron that saw a Boone County Schools bus collide with a teen driver’s car.
The accident happened about 7:00 on KY 237/North Bend Road at the intersection with South Park Drive. Dustin Baker, 16, was driving on KY 237 when his vehicle hit the school bus as it made a left turn onto South Park Drive, deputies said.
Boone County Schools officials said that 17 students heading to Conner High School and Conner Middle School were on board the bus. EMTs checked the students at the scene before they all continued to school on a second bus.
The bus driver, Gregory Clayton, 56, also avoided injury.
The school district said parents of the students were notified of the accident.

(Hebron, Ky.) – Police and EMS are on the scene of an accident involving a school bus in Hebron.
The bus and a car apparently collided on Kentucky 237 at or near South Park Drive a little after 7:00 a.m. Tuesday, according to multiple motorists who saw the scene.
It is unclear if anybody was hurt or if any children were aboard the bus.
Motorists said traffic on Kentucky 237 was slowed at the accident scene.
