(Harrison, Oh.) – Police in Harrison are looking for two men suspected in a strong arm robbery at the Remke Biggs store Sunday.
Two men attempted to shoplift from the store on New Haven Road, said Detective Norb Koopman. One of the suspects placed an item in his jacket and they then started toward the store exit.
A security officer confronted the men outside the store and asked them to return to the store. The suspect who had placed an item in his jacket punched and pushed the security officer, who fought back. During the struggle, the second suspect was asking the other to quit fighting and head back to the store.
The aggressive suspect eventually pulled away from the security officer. The two men got into a silver Mercedes with an unknown Indiana license plate and left. The officer did notice that the vehicle had a dent in the passenger side quarter panel.
Harrison Police described the fighting suspect as a white male, 18-20 years old, 6’7” tall, 170 pounds, black Cincinnati Reds ball cap, a black t-shirt torn during the fight, and blue jeans.
The second suspect is a white male, 5’10”, with a blonde goatee, wearing a yellow shirt and a black Reds cap.
