Belterra Casino in Switzerland County

(Florence, Ind.) - With more competition set to open in Cincinnati next Spring, Belterra Casino Resort in Switzerland County is betting on itself.

Belterra owner Pinnacle Entertainment is set to hold a press conference Tuesday to announce $11 million in improvements for the casino, The Louisville Courier-Journal reports.

The upgrades will include a sports bar and restaurant, an overhaul of the buffet, and renovations to hotel rooms, the lobby, and casino floor. It is said to be a multi-year project.
