(Dearborn County, Ind.) – Two suspects remain at-large, but one member of a group of suspected home burglars is behind bars.
Dearborn County Sheriff’s deputies were called to a home on the 20100 block of Stateline Road in reference to a burglary in progress on Monday, December 3. The burglary was taking place in the middle of the day at about 12:27 p.m.
According to the Dearborn County Prosecutor’s Office, deputies responded and were advised that there were three suspects. One of the suspects fled on foot while two others left the scene in a Dodge pick-up truck heading north on Stateline Road.

A short time later a person matching the description of that suspect was located by Detective Carl Pieczonka, Major Jack Prarat and Chief Deputy David Lusby walking out of a wooded area on Augusta Drive near Sugar Ridge Golf Course.
The suspect, Ryan P. Taulbee, 27, of Cincinnati, was captured.
Taulbee remains in jail at the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center charged with Attempt to Commit Burglary (Class B felony). He has been ordered held on $15,000 surety and $7,500 cash bond.
