(Cincinnati, Oh.) - The third and final recruiting initiative for the under construction Horseshoe Casino in Cincinnati is underway.

The $400 million casino will employ 1,700 people when it opens in the downtown heart of the Queen City next Spring.

On Monday, more than 450 new positions to be filled were posted on the casino website. Those roles include food and beverage operations, including beverage servers, bartenders, bar porters, cooks, food servers and buffet hosts.  Several previously announced openings in accounting, finance, marketing, culinary and guest service continue are still available.

According to a press release, Horseshoe Cincinnati is committed to hiring at least 90 percent of its workforce from the Cincinnati metropolitan area.
