(Greendale, Ind.) - A nasty crash on the Interstate 275 off ramp to US 50 in Greendale sent a woman to the hospital.

The single-vehicle accident happened at about 9:40 Tuesday night when a female driver somehow rolled her vehicle.

The unidentified 18-year-old was taken to Dearborn County Hospital via ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.

Police had the exit ramp closed for close to an hour as traffic backed up onto the interstate.

The accident remains under investigation by the Dearborn County Sheriff’s Department.
