Second Suspect Wanted For June Robbery

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - A second suspect has been identified from a robbery at a Lawrenceburg convenience store last June.

 

Gerald Kemper, 37, is wanted for Aggravated Robbery in Dearborn County, according to Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Crime Stoppers. Lawrenceburg Police say that on June 18 Kemper entered the Fast Track BP station on U.S. 50 at Arch Street with a gun and demanded cash.  He then allegedly shot the clerk in the leg and took the money from the register.

 

Kemper is a black male, 5’6″ tall and 180 pounds. He has prior arrests in Hamilton County for forgery, carrying concealed weapons and aggravated burglary. 

 

The first suspect in the BP holdup, Malik Abdullah, was arrested in July. Abdullah, 35, is accused of being the getaway driver. He remains held in the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center awaiting trial.
