(West Harrison, Ind.) – Dearborn County veterans are invited to Sunman-Dearborn Intermediate School to be honored on Thursday.

The school has made an annual occasion out of its Veterans Day program.

A complimentary breakfast will be served to veterans from 7:30–8:30 a.m. in the school cafeteria, said S-DIS teacher Elise Smith. Those planning to attend are asked to call the school in advance so there can be an accurate count, 812-576-1900 ext. 13903.

Veteran’s Day observance program begins at 8:45 a.m. The program will include a bagpipe player, P.O.W. presentation, and music.
