(Rising Sun, Ind.) -  A person was sent to the hospital following a crash on State Road 56 Monday morning.

Ohio County dispatchers say the accident happened at about 5:50 a.m. when a pickup truck went off the highway and overturned just north of Rising Sun.

The driver was taken to Dearborn County Hospital. The victim’s name and condition have not been released.

Both Rising Sun Police and Ohio County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the crash, which remains under investigation.
