On Feb. 4 at about 2:30 a.m., Michelle Knapp, of Cincinnati, was allegedly drunk at the wheel of her Jeep Liberty on Interstate 74 in Hamilton County's Green Township. She smashed into the rear of a Chevrolet Cavalier driven by Mary Krause, who had just picked up her son Wesley Krause and his girlfriend, Nicole Riddle.
