Seven Arrested For Drugs At Aurora Area Home

(Aurora, Ind.) – Seven Aurora residents each face a laundry list of drug and related charges after Indiana State Police carried out a search warrant at a Stoney Lonesome Road home Tuesday.

 

State troopers were assisted by police from Aurora and Lawrenceburg is executing the warrants at about 4:00 p.m. Investigators said an informant’s tip led to the search warrant being issued to search the Stoney Lonesome residence.

 

Those arrested and their preliminary charges include:

 

Matthew Seabolt, 30, charged with Possession of Marijuana (Class D Felony), Possession of Paraphernalia (Class D Felony), Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Class D Felony), and Refusal of a Detainee to Identify (Class C Misdemeanor).

 

William M. Seabolt, 46, charged with two counts of Neglect of a Dependent (Class D Felony),  Possession of Marijuana (Class D Felony), Possession of Paraphernalia (Class D Felony), Possession of Schedule I Drug (Class D Felony), and Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Class D Felony).

 

Leslie J. Carnine, 36, charged with two counts of Neglect of a Dependent (Class D Felony), Possession of Marijuana (Class D Felony), Possession of Paraphernalia (Class D Felony), Possession of Schedule I Drug (Class D Felony), and Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Class D Felony).

 

Kaiya T. House, 19, charged with Possession of Marijuana (Class A Misdemeanor) and Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Class B Misdemeanor).

 

James W. Batts, 44, charged with Possession of Schedule I Drug (Class D Felony), Possession of Paraphernalia (Class D Felony), and Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Class D Felony).

 

Christan A. Spaulding, 21, charged with Possession of Marijuana (Class A Misdemeanor), Possession of Paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor), Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor (Class A Misdemeanor), Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Class D Felony), and Obstruction of Justice (Class D Felony).

 

Among the people arrested was a 15 year old female from Aurora who will be facing charges in the juvenile court system, ISP said.

 

There are at least two other adults who could be facing numerous drug related charges and additional charges could be filed against the others already facing charges as the investigation continues.
