(Milan, Ind.) – Three people were booked into the Ripley County Jail after police discovered an active meth lab in a Milan home last week.
The Ripley County Sheriff’s Office and Milan police went to a home on Delaware Road to serve an arrest warrant on Jesse Wayne Wall, 27, of Milan, on Tuesday, October 9. Wall was allegedly involved in a meth lab bust during the summer, said Sheriff Tom Grills.
When officers entered the home, they found what appeared to be an active meth lab inside. Investigators then obtained and executed a search warrant.
The Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab team was contacted to assist. They arrived to collect and dispose of the dangerous chemicals.
In addition to Wall, two others inside the home at the time were arrested. They were Timothy Winters, 34, of Napoleon, and Sally Clayton, 22, of Versailles. According to the sheriff’s office website, all three are held in the Ripley County Jail without bond.
The case is still under investigation by the sheriff’s office and Indiana State Police.
