(Batesville, Ind.) – Batesville Police continue their crusade to dissuade drug dealing in the city.
Police arrested Jennifer Rosfeld, 21, of Batesville, and Terry Struckman, 25, of Osgood, on felony drug charges Thursday. The arrests stem from a continuing investigation conducted by the Batesville Police Department and the Indiana State Police.
“This in depth drug investigation is continuing and several more arrest can be expected,” said Batesville Chief of Police Stan Holt.
Ripley County Prosecutor Ric Hertel has charged Rosfeld with Dealing in a Schedule I, II, or III Controlled Substance (Class B felony) and Dealing in Marijuana (Class A misdemeanor).
Struckman is charged with Dealing in Cocaine (Class B felony) and Dealing in a Look-a Like Substance (Class C felony).
Both are incarcerated at the Ripley County Jail.
