One of the two people killed in the Saturday afternoon crash on State Road 46 was an East Central High School student.
The victim was also a member of East Central's boys soccer team. The team's sectional championship game scheduled for Saturday evening at Jennings County was cancelled.
The Dearborn County Sheriff's Department is waiting to release names until all family members of the two crash victims have been notified.

(Dearborn County, Ind.) - Two people died in a three car crash Saturday afternoon in northern Dearborn County.
The accident happened at about 3:34 p.m. on State Road 46 at the intersection with Lawrenceville Road, said Dearborn County Sheriff's deputies.
An eastbound vehicle on SR 46 struck by a second vehicle that was turning from the highway onto Lawrenceville. The drivers of both vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene.
A third vehicle that had been stopped on Lawrenceville and waiting to turn onto SR 46 was also struck. That driver was not injured.
Deputies are withholding the names of the two people killed until their families have been notified.
The crash remains under investigation.
