Police said licensed practical nurse Gale Willman and assistant director of nursing Jody Holton worked as a team at Woodland Hills Care Center to steal the painkillers, hydrocodone and oxycodone.
Woodland Hills is where another nurse, Heather White, was caught and convicted of stealing oxycodone last year.
Prosecutors said 87-year-old Anna Jordan fell into a coma and later died after White stole her medication.
According to WLWT-TV in Cincinnati, White served just six months in prison.
There's no word on the latest charges against Willman and Holton, but both nurses have been released on bond and are working as nurses at new jobs.
