(Harrison Township, Oh.) - A Harrison Township man is in jail accused of inducing panic.

According to Fox 19, Ken Miller fired shots during an argument at his home on the 1100 block of Carolina Trace Road Tuesday night.

When police arrived at the home, they witnessed Miller, 56, standing in the front yard with a shot gun.

Miller was arrested following a search which included helicopters and police K-9s.
