Motorists say State Road 350 reopened to traffic just before 8:00 a.m.

(Moores Hill, Ind.) – At least two people were injured in a crash on State Road 350 in Dearborn County Friday morning.

Dispatchers said the two-vehicle accident was reported at about 6:39 just east of the Lattimer Road in the Moores Hill area.

Witnesses at the scene said it appeared one of the vehicles had overturned into a yard along the highway. Firefighters were scene working for nearly an hour to extricate one of the crash victims from a vehicle.

The total number of injuries and the names of those victims have not been released.

State Road 350 remains closed at the accident scene as of 7:40 a.m.

Dispatchers said the Dearborn County Sheriff’s Department will be leading the accident investigation.
