(Hebron, Ky.) – There have been a series of thefts in the Hebron area recently, and Boone County Sheriff’s deputies are trying to bring it to an end.

On Friday, August 31, at approximately 12:53 a.m. a man tried to enter a closed business in the 1200 block of Aviation Boulevard by trying two separate doors. Surveillance video captured him in the act.

Boone County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a series of after-hours, business burglaries and thefts from cars in the vicinity over the last month and hope the public can assist in identifying the man.
