Aurora Police are seeking a suspect who held up the Merchant’s Bank on Friday morning.

Police responded to the branch located in the River Creek Village Shopping Center at 950 Green Boulevard at about 11:20 a.m.

The suspect is described as a white male in his late 30s to mid40s, 6’1” to 6’5”, heavy build, dark hair and facial hair.

The thief ran from the bank in an unknown direction with an undetermined amount of money.

(Aurora, Ind.) – Police are searching for a bank robbery suspect in Aurora.

The robbery occurred at the Merchants Bank at the River Creek Village Shopping Center in Aurora at about 11:20 a.m.

Early reports described the suspect as a heavy-set white male. He was last seen fleeing the bank on foot.
