Alcohol may have been a factor in a two vehicle crash on Ohio 128 in Whitewater Township Monday morning.
Hamilton County Sheriff’s deputies say they believe Dennis Alsip, Jr., of Cleves, was drinking before his 1993 Ford Explorer collided head-on with a 1009 Chevrolet Cobalt at the intersection with Morgan Road. The vehicles came to rest one on top of the other.
The other driver, Lisa Hastings, 22, also of Cleves, was critically injured. She was transported to University Hospital by aircare where she remains hospitalized.
Alsip, 19, was transported by ambulance and was last listed in stable condition.
Charges have not been filed as of Tuesday morning.

(Whitewater Township, Oh.) – Two people were injured in a nasty crash on Ohio 128 in Whitewater Township Monday morning.
Two vehicles were involved in the accident near the intersection with Morgan Road just after 8:00 a.m. One vehicle came to rest on top of the other, reports said.
Aircare took one victim to University Hospital in Cincinnati with serious injuries. The other victim was transported by ambulance.
The names and conditions of the victims have not been released.
The accident remains under investigation by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
