(Hanover, Ind.) - A Hanover College student who stabbed a man in a campus dormitory on Halloween night is pleading guilty.

Demetrius Jones was arrested shortly after the incident in Wiley Hall last October 31. He had followed the victim, 23-year-old Vincent Johnson, from a fraternity party back to the dorm where Johnson was visiting. A fight broke out and Jones pulled a knife.

On Wednesday, Jones, 21, of Columbus, Indiana, pleaded guilty in Jefferson Circuit Court to Criminal Recklessness (Class C felony) in exchange for no set prison time, the Madison Courier reports.

Sentencing is scheduled for August 14.
