(Greendale, Ind.) – Five people were arrested after Indiana State Police troopers discovered drugs during a traffic stop on U.S. 50 near Interstate 275.
Two troopers stopped a 2006 Toyota Matrix for a minor traffic violation at about 9:45 p.m. Tuesday. They discovered the front seat passenger, Victor S. Hutson, Jr., of Cleves, was wanted on a warrant out of Dearborn County for Probation Violation.
The troopers were given consent to search the vehicle. They soon found several drug items and articles of paraphernalia including several methamphetamine precursors.
Arrested and charged were:
Albert N. Tucker, 42, from Ludlow, KY (Driver) - Possession of Precursors, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
Joshua A. Foutch, 33, from Greendale, IN - Visiting a Common Nuisance and Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine
Victor S. Hutson, Jr., 27, from Cleves, OH - In addition to the warrant for Probation Violation, he was charged with Visiting a Common Nuisance and Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine
Brooke R. Ashcraft, 27, from Cleves, OH - Possession of a Legend Drug, Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine, and Visiting a Common Nuisance
Teresa A. Mills, 26, from Aurora, IN - Charged with Visiting a Common Nuisance.
All five individuals were transported to Dearborn County Jail without incident.
