One Man, Two DUI Arrests, 24 Hours

(Cincinnati, Oh.) - A West Harrison man apparently did not learn his lesson after being arrested for drunk driving on Tuesday.

 

Daniel Snelbaker, 52, was picked up by police for the same crime less than 24 hours later Wednesday, WKRC-TV reports.

 

Cincinnati Police say Snelbaker was arrested after crashing into a parked car in the city’s Lower Price Hill neighborhood early Wednesday morning. He was also arrested sometime Tuesday for allegedly driving under the influence in Ohio.

 

He is not in jail in Hamilton County charged with Driving Under the Influence and Driving Under Suspension. He was also cited for Safety Restraint Violation, Failure to Maintain Reasonable Control,

 

Snelbaker was previously arrested for Driving Under Suspension in January, according to court records.
