(Batesville, Ind.) – Batesville-based Hill-Rom Holdings continues to expand internationally by purchasing a distributor in Europe.
The company announced Thursday it has acquired Liko France, which distributes Hill-Rom’s Liko patient mobility products in France and Switzerland.
The $20 million acquisition could lead to annual revenues of $15 million, the company said.
With the new company, Hill-Rom says it is taking another step in its strategy for international expansion, leveraging and increasing its direct channel presence, especially in key European markets.
"We are focused on global expansion and are firmly committed to delivering outstanding patient mobility solutions," said Alejandro Infante, Senior Vice President and President, International for Hill-Rom. "This acquisition furthers those goals, while growing our key channel presence in Europe."
