(Florence, Ky.) – Somehow, Chick-fil-A in Florence has found a way to bring chicken sandwiches and school busses together to help out needy students in northern Kentucky.
The restaurant on Houston Road will hold a Stuff the Bus competition this Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The competition will pit a school bus from Kenton County Schools and one from Boone County Schools against each other.
Whichever bus is filled with the most new school supplies, that district will receive $500 from Chick-fil-A. The supplies will go to each district to be distributed to disadvantaged students.
Customers who donate at least three school supplies will receive a coupon for a free chicken sandwich.
