(Brookville, Ind.) - Three Brookville residents were arrested Friday after a meth lab was found.
Indiana State Police, Brookville Police, and Franklin County Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant at a home at 11156 US 52. Investigators had been receiving information about a possible meth lab there for several months.
During the search, officers did find methamphetamine and paraphernalia, but no lab inside. However, the suspects told police during interviews that the lab was located in a wooded area near the residence.
Arrested were 43-year-old Timothy Allen, 28-year-old Vicky Watson, and 23-year-old Derreck Bowling. They are each charged with Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine (Class B Felony), Possession of Methamphetamine (Class D Felony), and Possession of Precursors (Class D Felony).
In addition to the meth charges, police say Bowling is also charged with Neglect of a Dependant (Class D Felony) because a child was present in the home.
All three suspects were being held at the Franklin County Jail.
