(Osgood, Ind.) – Four juveniles are likely to face charges after they allegedly busted out windows on several cars in Osgood Wednesday.
Osgood Police Chief Eric Roush said he began receiving complaints from residents at about 12:30 p.m.
Five vehicles parked along Walnut Street were damaged. So were three others on U.S. 421 and State Road 350 in or near town.
Some quick tips from the public led police to the people believed to be responsible. Four teens ages 15 to 18 have been questioned.
Roush said it appears the teens would throw rocks and other projectiles at the vehicles as they drove by in their own car.
Those teens could face charges of Criminal Mischief. The investigation is ongoing with the Osgood Police and the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office.
