(Greendale, Ind.) - Three people were busted for heroin possession in Greendale Wednesday.
Greendale Police received a tip that a wanted woman out of Hamilton County was hiding in an apartment at 493 B Ridge Avenue. She was identified as Angela Goff, 30, of Cincinnati.
Officers went to the apartment, but those inside refused to answer the door.
After obtaining a search warrant, the officers allege they not only found Goff inside the apartment, but also heroin and drug paraphernalia.
Police also searched Goff’s car parked at the apartment. That search turned up more heroin and paraphernalia.
Goff is charged with Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance Within 1,000 Feet of a Public Park, Possession of Paraphernalia, and two counts of Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
Two other men in the apartment at the time were each been charged with Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance Within 1,000 Feet of a Public Park, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Assisting a Criminal. They were Troy Brown, 28, and Mitchel Hall, 24, both of Greendale.
Greendale Police said Brown was also wanted on a warrant in Hamilton County.
Goff, Brown, and Hall were being held at the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center as of Thursday morning.
