Meyers Funeral Home
(Batesville, Ind.) - The death of a Batesville teen remains under investigation Tuesday.
Cierra Adams was found dead in a friend's home on Curtis Court Saturday afternoon.
Making the death even more tragic was that Adams died on her eighteenth birthday, when her life was just beginning. She would've been a senior at Batesville High School in August.
Police have interviewed those who were with Cierra in the hours leading up to her death. The home was also searched for evidence.
Batesville Police Department investigators have not said if they believe foul play was involved. There were no obvious signs of trauma on Adams' body.
Meanwhile, memorial services have been set for the Batesville High School student who liked her dog Cocoa, going to the movies, riding in cars, and listening to music.
Her visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Meyers Funeral Home in Batesville. The funeral service will take place Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Little Memory Church.
Adams is survived by her parents, Anthony and Karen; sister Erica; and brother Colton Adams.
