(Cincinnati, Oh.) - One man was convicted of murdering a Greendale teenager, but another was acquitted Wednesday.
Joseph Harris, 21, and Ryan Bennie, 24, were on trial in Hamilton County for the murder of Shane Gulleman last September.
Gulleman, 18, was shot five times as he sat in his car in Cincinnati’s Winton Terrace neighborhood last September 26.
The jury convicted Harris on charges of Aggravated Murder and Aggravated Robbery.
The trial was marked by Harris’ shouting at prosecutors, accusing them of being liars. The judge ordered Harris to leave the courtroom because of his outbursts.
Harris’ sentencing is scheduled for July 27.
Bennie, who was on trial at the same time, was acquitted on all charges.
