(Indianapolis, Ind.) – Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White will find out Tuesday if he will be allowed to remain in office.
White is accused of voter fraud for allegedly lying about his address on his voter registration several years ago while serving as a local government official in Hamilton County, Indiana.
He says he used his ex-wife's address as he was living part-time there in the basement and the rest of the time in his car.
The Indiana Recount Commission will rule if he will stay in office or have to leave.
