Indiana Conservation Officers say they’ve found the body of a northern Kentucky man who went missing in Brookville Reservoir.
Raymond Roger Pitts, 50, of Covington, had jumped off a boat into the lake near the Bonwell boat ramp about 1:00 a.m. Saturday. Eyewitnesses told officers that Pitts never resurfaced.
Pitts’ body was recovered Monday morning.
Indiana Conservation Officers could release more information later this morning.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Another drowning may have occurred in southeast Indiana over the weekend.
Indiana Department of Natural Resources conservation officers say Raymond Roger Pitts, 50, of Covington, Kentucky was boating on Brookville Reservoir with friends.
Witnesses said Pitts jumped into the lake near the Bonwell boat ramp around 1:00 a.m. Saturday and never resurfaced.
Conservation officers and several other agencies searched the six to eight feet deep area where Pitts went missing Saturday and Sunday, but have so far been unable to locate Pitts. Their search will resume Monday.
The case is being handled as a missing person or possible drowning.
Officers say alcohol may have been involved.
