(Churubusco, Ind.) – Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels has given some of the most revealing answers to date about whether he will run for the Republican presidential nomination.
After a speech in northern Indiana in Whitley County Wednesday, Daniels told reporters he thinks his style of campaigning would work well in both Iowa and New Hampshire.
That’s where the most important presidential primaries are held.
Daniels said if he does run, he doesn't plan initially to step down as governor.
The governor has also agreed to attend the Tennessee Republican Party’s annual fundraising dinner July 15.
