(Switzerland County, Ind.) – Perhaps the recent severe weather the tri-state has been experiencing has peaked your interest in becoming a weather spotter.
You’re in luck.
The Wilmington, Ohio office of the National Weather Service will present two severe weather spotter classes in southeast Indiana this week.
The first training course will be held at Belterra Casino in Switzerland County on Tuesday, April 19 at 7:00 p.m.
A second training session will be at the Sunman Volunteer Fire Department Firehouse Wednesday, April 20 at 7:00 p.m.
No prior registration is needed for either session.
