Update posted at 7:30 p.m.:
Boone County Sheriff's investigators say a mother and her three-week-old baby have been found.
Police were able to make contact with Sarah Frank Thursday evening. She told them she and her baby, Mason Frank, were staying in a hotel room in Louisville.
A Louisville Metro Police officer stayed with the mother and baby until Sarah's mother, Debra Gronotte, could drive from Burlington to Louisville to pick up the baby.
Gronotte has obtained an emergency protective order for the baby when she went missing with her parents. Police said Frank and the baby's father, Stephen Wadsworth each had a heroin addiction.
Wadsworth was not at the hotel room.

The sheriff’s office says the parents, 21-year-old Sarah Frank and 34-year-old Stephen Wadsworth, dropped off their three-year-old son, Mason Frank, with a relative, then left with the infant.
They are addicted to heroin and likely unable to care for the baby, say police. Family and friends have not heard from them since.
The couple is believed to be driving a 2001 four-door silver Mitsubishi Galant with plate number 288-CXM.
Call the Boone County Sheriff’s Office if you have information or see the couple.
Since their disappearance, Frank’s mother, Debra Gronotte of Burlington, has obtained an Emergency Custody Order for Mason.
Due to the circumstances, Mason Frank is deemed a critical missing person.
