Update at 3:15 p.m.:
A Cincinnati man is dead following a crash on Interstate 74 near Harrison Thursday morning in which drugs or alcohol may have played a part.
Around 3:00 a.m., two vehicles collided in the westbound lanes near the Dry Fork Road exit.
Hamilton County Sheriff’s deputies say Greg Fister, 39, was driving a minivan when he wrecked, causing it to overturn.
Fister, who police say was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle. He died at the scene.
A passenger - Rosauro Famularcano, 42, of Cincinnati - was not seriously hurt. He was buckled up.
Hamilton County Sheriff’s Traffic Safety Unit is investigating the crash.

(Harrison, Oh.) – A man is dead after an early morning accident on Interstate 74 in Harrison.
ARTIMIS reported the accident in the westbound lanes approaching the Dry Fork Road exit involving two vehicles just before 3:00 a.m.
A man was ejected from a vehicle and died at the scene. His name has not been released by police.
The crash resulted in the westbound lanes being closed for almost two hours. By 5:00 only the right hand lane remained off limits.
