(Bright, Ind.) - A man was hurt in a crash on Stateline Road in Bright Sunday morning.

Dearborn County Sheriff’s Deputy David Funch says Justin D. Mourer somehow drove a 1994 Ford passenger vehicle off the road near Bond Road and struck a tree around 6:00 a.m.

Mourer suffered non-life threatening injuries including a possible broken leg. He was taken to Dearborn County Hospital by Bright Life Squad.

The Bright Fire Department assisted at the scene.

The accident remains under investigation by the Dearborn County Sheriff’s Department.
