(Harrison, Oh.) - A pregnant woman from Harrison is accused of smoking pot in the car.

If that wasn’t enough to get her in trouble with the law, her one-year-old daughter was in the car with her at the time.

According to WCPO-TV, police stopped Aimee Brasher, 28, on Harrison Avenue for suspicion of driving while suspended Thursday night .

Officers could smell the pot during the traffic stop.

Brasher, who is seven months pregnant, is charged with Possession of Drugs, Endangering Children, and Driving Under Suspension.

She was arraigned in a Hamilton County courtroom Friday morning.
