Update posted at 8:08 p.m.:

(Whitewater Township, Oh.) - A Hidden Valley man is hospitalized following a crash on Suspension Bridge Road in Whitewater Township Thursday morning.

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office says Kevin L. Mistishin, 29, was driving west between Kilby Road and Lawrenceburg Road when he lost control of his 2006 Chrysler 300.

The vehicle went off the right side of the road, struck a tree, then overturned.

Mistishin, who was wearing a seatbelt, was trapped inside the car until firefighters could free him. He was taken by aircare to University Hospital.

Deputies do not believe alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash.

Friends of the family say Mistishin was on his way home to Hidden Valley after working third shift and may have fallen asleep at the wheel.

The crash remains under investigation by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Traffic

Safety Unit.
