Update at 9:08 a.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2011:
(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Charges have been dismissed against a Greendale man charged in connection with a robbery last week in Cincinnati.
Andrew Hrezo, 32, and Adam Fricker, 24, of West Harrison, were arrested after a holdup at a convenience store on Glenway Avenue on Feb. 5.
Fricker is still in jail, but a grand jury did not indict Hrezo on a charge that he was complicit in the robbery.
Hrezo said he had only given Fricker a ride and did not know he was going to rob anybody.

(Cincinnati, Oh.) - Two Dearborn County men are under arrest for robbing a Cincinnati convenience store.
Adam Fricker, 24, of West Harrison, and Andrew Hrezo, 32, of Greendale, are both charged in connection with the robbery last Saturday at a store on Glenway Avenue in Price Hill.
Fricker is charged with two counts of Robbery and one count of Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments.
Hrezo faces single charges of Complicity and Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments.
Both have been released from the Hamilton County Jail as they await their next court appearance.
