(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Ice does not make for good skiing, especially if you take a tumble down a steep hill coated with it.
That is why Perfect North Slopes have announced they will be closed Tuesday.
There’s also worry that possible thunderstorms could cause power outages at the slopes.
“We have decided the logical approach is to not take chances and just suspend operations for the day,” an announcement on the ski area’s website read.
Perfect North should be back open Wednesday as snow and colder temperatures move in.
