John Theis provided

(Boone County, Ky.) - Boone County police are looking for a man missing for more than a week.

John Theis, 34, of Park Hills, was last seen leaving work from the DHL facility around 10:00 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 14.

Theis is reported to be mentally challenged and needs medication including insulin. He is described as having brown hair, brown eyes and glasses, 6’2” tall and weighing 300 pounds.

He drives a 1998 gray Ford Contour with Kentucky license plate 654-LHJ.
