(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Snagging some fresh milk and a loaf of bread from the grocery store in advance of this upcoming winter storm may be more smart thinking and less over panicking.
The National Weather Service is predicting for four to five inches of accumulating snow. Flakes will begin to fall early Thursday morning and increase to a moderate to heavy during the day as a low pressure area moves in.
A Winter Storm Warning will be in effect from 5:00 a.m. Thursday to 5:00 a.m. Friday for the entire Eagle 99.3 listening area.
Wind and colder temperatures will bring drifting snow and fringing wind chills Friday when the high temperature will reach only into the upper teens.
