(Harrison, Oh.) - A Harrison man will be in court Monday to possibly plea to a deadly drunk driving crash.

Joseph Rich, 22, was driving on Kilby Road north of Dry Fork Road in Whitewater Township last July when he collided with another vehicle.
His passenger, Kayla Webb, 19, would die at the accident scene. Two people riding in the other vehicle were injured.
Rich is scheduled to appear in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court at 9:00 a.m. for a plea hearing.
According to the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts, Rich faces two counts of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, as well as single counts of Aggravated Vehicular Assault, Vehicular Assault, and Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, Drugs, or a Combination of Both.
Rich had previously been charged with drunk driving in October2009.
