Stacey Johnson, 32, was arrested October 27 when he was a teacher at Greendale Middle School having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old Lawrenceburg High School student. He has since resigned from the school corporation.

Johnson was charged then with four counts of felony Child Seduction. He bonded out Oct. 29, but one of the conditions of his bond included making no contact with the victim.

On December 8, the female student’s parents contacted police once again. The parents found Johnson had been exchanging messages with their daughter through Facebook.

The victim told police she has had no other contact with Johnson.

Johnson is now being held at the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center awaiting an initial hearing in Dearborn Superior Court II on the new charge.
