(Burlington, Ky.) - The trial is underway today for a Hebron couple accused of murdering their infant daughter.

Benjamin and Laura Senseman are being tried together in Boone Circuit Court on murder and abuse charges.  

Benjamin Senseman, 32, was arrested in July 2009 after three-month-old Chloe Senseman died. An autopsy showed the baby had other injuries – a broken leg, arm, and ribs - before her death caused by head trauma.

Laura Senseman, 35, was charged with murder ten months after Chloe’s death.
