(Walton, Ky.) - Police need your help finding a man missing from a Boone County truck stop.

William Van Lone provided

William Van Lone, 36, was last seen at the Flying J Truck Stop on Interstate 75 in Walton Thursday evening.

The Frankfort, Ky. resident was there with his brother-in-law, who went inside then came back out unable to find Van Lone.

Van Lone has been designated as a critical missing person by the Boone County Sheriff’s Department. He suffers from mental illness including schizophrenia and depression. He needs medication.

He is described as 5’11” tall with a medium build, brown hair, and a scruffy beard. He was wearing a black bubble jacket, blue jeans, white Nike gym shoes, and dark sock hat.
